Town Square | Waterfront estate in Annapolis listed for $5.495 million

Rabbit Hill, a three-acre estate in Annapolis with 250 feet of waterfront land on the Severn River, is listed for sale at $5.495 million.

Development in Haymarket offers new townhouse model

Winchester Homes recently opened the Paxton model townhouse at the Villages of Piedmont at Leopold’s Preserve in Haymarket.

Priced from the lower $400,000s, the Paxton model has more than 2,800 finished square feet on three levels with an optional three-level bonus room. Luxury apartments in Reston come with 24-hour Starbucks

A hospitality bar that will provide round-the-clock Starbucks coffee and other beverages is one of the many amenities of Harrison at Reston Town Center, a new 360-unit luxury apartment in Reston.

Developed by Renaissance Centro, the Harrison’s 28,000 square feet of amenity space includes an indoor four-lane lap pool, a 24-hour fitness studio, a yoga-and-Pilates room, a massage room, a spin studio and free fitness classes.
