The buildings will have a factory brick exterior to resemble a reuse of an industrial space. The interiors will have exposed ceilings, large windows, loft spaces and modern finishes and fixtures. Planned community amenities include bike storage, private parking spaces and a resident-only rooftop deck. Residents will be able to walk to restaurants, a coffee shop, a fitness center, a grocery store and other shops. The price range for the condos has not been determined yet.
Michael Harris Homes is the seventh homebuilder at Crown, where apartments, condos, townhouses and single-family houses are available in Downtown Crown and the Crown West neighborhood.
