Wormald Homes recently opened its Georgetown model home at the planned community of Crown in Gaithersburg, the first single-family house completed in the community.

Wormald’s City Homes Collection at Crown, priced from $1.2 million to $1.5 million, may appeal to buyers who want the space of a single-family house without the yard work and maintenance that comes with a larger lot. The Georgetown model includes four levels, about 4,800 square feet of finished space and about 880 square feet of outdoor terraces.

Each house has five bedrooms and five baths.

Buyers have the option of adding an elevator. Standard features include high ceilings, open floor plans, a three-car garage, hardwood flooring, recessed lighting, crown moldings, oak stairs, granite kitchen counters, Viking brand stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile flooring in the bathrooms.

The model home at 508 Steinbeck Ave. in Crown is open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Visit www.Wormald.com or www.SmartUrbanLiving.com for more information.
