JBG Companies recently purchased Trilogy NoMa, a 603-unit apartment community at 151 Q St. NE, from Mill Creek Residential, a national apartment development and management firm.

This formerly industrial part of town in the NoMa/Eckington neighborhood is now home to Union Market, restaurants, shops and offices of companies like Google, NPR, Kaiser Permanente, CNN, CareFirst and SiriusXM, along with parks, playgrounds and access to the Metropolitan Branch trail.

The Triligy NoMa apartments, built two years ago, includes three buildings with two swimming pools, two fitness studios, a theater room, a terrace with grilling stations and a multimedia entertainment lounge.

Residents can walk to Union Market, a Harris Teeter grocery store and the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro station. Union Station is also within walking distance, and a shuttle service for residents is also in place for Red Line Metro access.

The studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments rent for $1,655 to $3,375 per month. The pet-friendly apartments have open floor plans, nine-foot -high ceilings, Juliette balconies, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, quartz counters and a washer and dryer.
