Real estate brokerage McEnearney Associates launched its new Web site recently with a few unusual features to make it easier for buyers to navigate the local real estate market.

New listings, price changes, open houses and status changes are updated quickly so prospective buyers can be alerted and move fast. More importantly, buyers can search for houses by school district or even within the boundaries of an individual school.

Buyers more concerned about commute times can search for homes within a specific distance of a Metro, VRE or MARC station.

Not to be left out, sellers have the option of calculating home value with an instant “Zestimate” provided by Zillow. Step two of the home value estimate is to contact a McEnearney agent for a more accurate customized market analysis.
