J. Lo puts her California home on the market

Jennifer Lopez has listed her 17,000-square-foot estate in Hidden Hills, Calif., a gated community in the San Fernando Valley, for $14.5 million.

Lopez, 46, whose latest films include “The Boy Next Door” and the animated feature “Home,” has had a multi-faceted career singing, danging, designing clothing and serving as a judge on “American Idol.”

With its sweeping mountain and city views, the home has places for formal and informal living and dining, as well as a spacious master suite with a private patio and seven additional bedroom suites.

An entertainment wing includes a professional bar, a card and game area, coffered ceilings, a 20-seat theater, a gym/dance studio, a dressing room/closet wing, a recording studio and a large guest suite. The home is surrounded by multiple outdoor living areas and pergolas.

The grounds include a resort-like pool and spa, rolling lawns, an outdoor kitchen and children’s play areas. There is also direct access to horse trails. The overall estate includes three-plus acres in the prime Ashley Ridge community.
