(Drees Homes)

Loudoun County’s Willowsford, under development by Corbelis Development NOVA LLC, has long emphasized the area’s agrarian elements.

The community has more than 2,000 acres of open space held in a conservancy, more than 300 acres of active farmland, a farm-to-table program, as well as outdoor recreational amenities and more than 40 miles of hiking and biking trails. Ten builders are active in the development.

A new builder, Drees Homes, is offering three floor plans with four bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage, each priced from the low $800,000s, in the Greens Village section of Willowsford.

The 4,274-square-foot Oakton model has an optional “independent living” suite that includes a bedroom, a living room, a wet bar and a full bath. It also has a separate entrance from the garage allowing it to function as a private apartment for aging parents or an adult son or daughter returning home after college.

The model also has a covered outdoor living space, a luxurious master bedroom and bath, a formal dining room, a study and an open floor plan with a kitchen, breakfast area and family room for casual entertaining.
