Pike & Rose, the mixed-use development at Rockville Pike and Montrose Parkway in North Bethesda one block from the White Flint Metro station, will eventually include more than 55 stores and restaurants and entertainment venues such as AMP by Strathmore, a music venue, and Pinstripes, a bistro with bowling and bocce.
Hilton Worldwide’s Canopy Hotel, now under construction, will be topped with 10 floors of luxury condos priced from the low $300,000s to more than $1 million. The 930 Rose condo, developed by Federal Realty Investment Trust, is at 11580 Old Georgetown Rd.
Sales have begun on 104 condos, which will range from a 600-square foot studio to a three-bedroom penthouse with more than 2,400 square feet. Residents can use hotel services and amenities, including access to the spa, valet laundry, housekeeping, reduced room rates for guests and restaurant and bar discounts.
The condo will have a 4,600-square-foot rooftop garden terrace with views across Montgomery County, seating areas and a dog park. The building also has a fitness center and a club room for homeowners with a kitchen and dining area.
The condos will have loft-style floor plans with high ceilings, walls of windows with mechanical shades, balconies and terraces.
Construction has started on the condos, which are anticipated to be ready for residents in January 2018.
