An open house has been scheduled for July 9 at the new Russell Branch Estates in Poolesville, Md., for people interested in learning about newly constructed and custom-designed houses.

Eric Tovar, owner and president of Churchill Classics, will be on hand to show their latest models and answer questions at the event, noon to 3 p.m., at 19426 Fisher Ave.

Twelve houses will be built on one-half to one-acre lots and include three to six bedrooms, three to five full baths, front porches and a stone, brick or vinyl-sided exterior.

Buyers can customize the houses with a lower-level and a three-story sunroom. The Cascade model, which has 3,161 standard finished square feet on two levels and a base price of $679,900, has been built to showcase optional features such as a screened porch and a 1,200-square-foot lower level with a media room, recreation room, exercise room or home office, a bedroom, a full bath and a private separate entrance.

All the houses include 42-inch birch flat-panel cabinets, a granite island, hardwood flooring and a pantry in the kitchen.

For more information, visit www.churchhillbuilders.com or call 240-406-7057. The model is currently open Friday to Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment.
