Forty-six new condos are under development on Capitol Hill two blocks from the Potomac Avenue Metro station.

Pecar Properties is preselling the 10 units at Stone Flats at 1337 K St. SE now and has started site work at 1345 K St. SE, where the company is converting a former church-owned property into a 36-unit building. The Mount Paran Baptist Church, founded in 1917 in the District, has moved to a larger location in Clinton, Md.

At Stone Flats, one-bedroom units are priced from the upper $300,000s and two-bedroom units are priced from the mid-$600,000s.

The units have 10-foot-high ceilings, wide-plank hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, soaking tubs, large energy-efficient windows, LED lighting and a smart phone-based security system.
