High-end condos, starting at $1,149,000, coming to D.C.’s Shaw

According to Zillow, the median price of homes currently listed in Shaw is $714,950, but two new condos known as the Langston in the Northwest Washington neighborhood are raising the bar with prices starting at $1,149,000.

Located at 1835 6th St. NW, the two units each have two levels, three bedrooms, four bathrooms and approximately 2,000 finished square feet. Developed by Baxter Development, the Langston is within a five-minute walk of the Shaw Metro station and close to the Howard Theater and to Shaw’s Tavern, Bistro Bohem and Eat the Rich restaurants.
