While Toll Brothers may be better known in the Washington area for its luxury single-family houses, the company also has an apartment division that’s bringing more upscale apartments to the NoMa area of the District.
The building, anticipated to be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2018, will include a rooftop swimming pool, a penthouse-level lounge with views of the U.S. Capitol building, an outdoor courtyard, a fitness center with a rock-climbing wall, a business lounge, a pet salon and a children’s play room.
The apartments will range from junior one-bedroom units to three-bedroom units. Monthly rents have yet to be determined.
Toll Brothers Apartment Living division developed Parc Riverside, a rental building in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood at Navy Yard, where monthly rents range from $1,548 for a studio to $3,669 for a two-bedroom unit. Luxury amenities in the apartments there include hardwood flooring, granite counters and a den in every unit.
