The Tower Cos. recently began leasing the first 150 apartments at the Pearl, a 14-story complex of three apartment buildings that will eventually have 284 units. The first phase of units will be available for residents in February 2017.

In addition, the Pearl offers concierge services, fitness and cooking classes, and services such as dog-walking, car-detailing and chef-prepared meals through preferred vendors.
The Pearl has been designed for LEED Gold environmental certification and has solar panels, a green roof and electric-car charging stations.
The apartments will have open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian kitchen cabinets, stainless-steel appliances and smart-home technology, including keyless entry for all units.
Rents range from $1,500 for a studio, $2,000 for a one-bedroom and up to $3,500 for a three-bedroom apartment.
