If you associate McLean, Va., with million-dollar mansions, you aren’t far off the mark. In fact, 88 percent of listings in McLean were priced at $1 million and above in a recent survey by Estately.com.

Now an upscale condo, under development by JBG Companies, is bringing more luxury housing to the area, complete with concierge services.

The Signet, at 6900 Fleetwood Rd., is the first new residential development in downtown McLean in more than a decade, according to JBG. The building, designed by Franck & Lohsen Architects, Page Architects and interior design firm Bill Rooney Studio, will include 123 residences on six levels and 5,000 square feet of street-level retail space with room for a restaurant with a sidewalk cafe.

The condos, which range from 950 to more than 2,800 square feet, will be priced from $800,000 to more than $2 million.

Some of the one-, two- and three-bedroom-plus-den residences will include a terrace or balcony.

In addition to the concierge services, planned building amenities include a fitness center, a courtyard and a resident lounge.

Interested buyers can attend a launch event to learn more about the Signet and to schedule private appointments. The event will take place April 19 from 6 to 8 p.m. at J. Gilbert’s restaurant at 6930 Old Dominion Dr. in McLean. Attendees must RSVP on the Signet website.
