MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Wizards are hoping to end an eight-game skid in Memphis, dating back to Nov. 3, 2004 – the opening night of FedEx Forum.

John Wall is facing the Grizzlies for the first time since he scored a career-high 47 points against them on March 25. Memphis will be without point guard Mike Conley and his backcourt mate Tony Allen, which should create some scoring opportunities for Wall and Bradley Beal. Beal will make his debut at FedEx Forum after missing last season’s 85-76 loss in Memphis with a wrist injury.

The Wizards (25-25) have won eight of their past 11 road games.
