Now that the sequester is in effect, the OMB has released its final account-by-account cut numbers. It released a similar report in September that was soon rendered out-of-date by the changes to the sequester passed as part of the fiscal cliff deal. The report does not break down the cuts to the program, project and activity level, but you can still get a sense of what gets cut by what amount (the National Institutes of Health, for example, gets cut $1.5 billion).
