READ: The White House declares victory in new progress report on Obamacare

The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services published its progress report on on Sunday morning, with the Obama administration declaring that "we believe we have met the goal of having a system that will work smoothly for the vast majority of users."

Check back with us for more on what the administration has and hasn't accomplished as far as improvements to the troubled health insurance Web site. But for now, you can read through the White House's assessment of how it believes its efforts to fix are going.
