The World Cup is here and the streets of Rio de Janeiro are filling up with tourists. If there is one place they are all heading for, it is Ipanema Beach. This is the heart and soul of Rio -- not just a beautiful spot to swim and bathe, but a democratic, public space where rich and poor are both, for once, on an equal footing.
