Regarding the Nov. 9 front-page article “Serial 911 caller may land in guardian’s care”:

I respect the problem the District is facing in terms of dealing with serial 911 callers, and I acknowledge its right to address what seems to be a clear abuse of the system. But The Post erred in providing not only the name of someone with what appears to be mental health issues but also her photo. This was not good investigative reporting but rather a public shaming of someone who cannot help herself.
