It was a pleasure to see Richard Johnson’s sensitive, informative courtroom drawings of the Freddie Gray trial [“Friend says Freddie Gray was thrown into police van,” Metro, Dec. 4]. So many courtroom drawings on television are simply awful. 

I’m glad to see that Johnson takes his role seriously.
