Regarding the March 13 front-page article “Ryan sets stage for a budget duel”:

House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) appears to be one of the slowest learners in the history of U.S. politics. He didn’t learn when Congress passed Obamacare. He didn’t learn when numerous fundamental challenges to the law lost in various courts. He didn’t learn when the Supreme Court upheld the law. And he didn’t learn when he and Mitt Romney lost the election last year while running on a promise to repeal the law.   

Just how many bites at that apple does he think he’s entitled to?
