Though most readers, like me, probably had never heard of Bill Walsh, Adam Bernstein’s wonderful obituary made clear the debt of gratitude we owe to this brilliant, dedicated copy editor [“Post copy editor was a witty authority on an ever-changing language,” March 16]. I particularly appreciated that he prevented “English teachers everywhere from wincing.”
