Michael S. Williamson’s photograph of a child cooling off by running through a park waterfall is a spectacular work of art and one of the most inspiring, amazing photos I have ever seen [“Summer sticks around,” Metro, Sept. 25].
The image was part Cartier-Bresson, part van Gogh. I have it up on my refrigerator and cannot stop looking at it. Can we demand that a copy go to the National Gallery of Art?
