After seeing the "Dennis the Menace" frames of Nov. 27 and Dec. 9 in The Post (and laughing), I think I have reached the end of the line.

If illustrator Marcus Hamilton won't allow Margaret the last riposte — a knockout line — in at least two frames before Christmas, I will terminate my subscription.

Margaret is smart and attractive and wears her clothes beautifully. Still Hamilton allows Dennis to demolish her self-respect in every encounter. Not fair. To learn about balance, look at Hagar and Helga, Blondie and Dagwood, and Opal and Earl.

With the holidays coming, I hope Hamilton will be charitable and let Margaret best Dennis and shine now and then!
