This Washington Post poll was conducted by telephone March 20-23, 2014, among a random sample of 1,402 adult residents of the District of Columbia. Interviews were conducted on conventional and cellular phones. The poll included interviews with 1,102 registered voters, and 391 likely voters in the April 1 Democratic primary. The margin of sampling error for all registered voters is 4.0 percentage points and 6.5 points for likely Democratic primary voters.
