Odd McIntosh 1.000

Max Hirshfeld

May 30, 2007

This is a variation on a cocktail called the Odd McIntyre. It uses applejack instead of the brandy or cognac that the original calls for. The applejack creates a subtle but fruity aroma and a light but tart taste.

Servings: 1
  • Ice
  • 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounce applejack
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Orange slice, for garnish
