This is a quick and simple way to load up on vitamins, minerals and the antioxidants contained in dark chocolate. But be sure to use only high-quality dark chocolate; milk chocolate contains butterfat.
All three ingredients here are so-called super foods.
- 2 cups nonfat (or low-fat) vanilla yogurt
- 1 large naval orange, rind and pith removed and divided into sections (may substitute a small can of mandarin oranges, drained)
- 1 small piece (about 1 ounce) semisweet dark chocolate
Divide yogurt into four small bowls. Add orange sections. Grate some chocolate over each bowl and serve.
