Ben Raby has contributed to the Washington Post Express since 2015, primarily covering the Capitals, Nationals and the Citi Open. A multi-media journalist, Raby has been part of the Capitals Radio Network since 2009 where he hosts the broadcast's pregame, intermission and postgame shows. Among his career highlights was covering the Capitals' 2018 Stanley Cup run. Raby can also be heard as a sports anchor on WTOP Radio and on Sirius XM. His first book, 100 Things Capitals Fans Should Know and Do Before They Die, was released in Sept.2017.
