Jason Aldag has worked at The Washington Post since 2008 when he was on the overnight and then night-side homepage teams. In 2009, he moved to the video department as the night editor. Since then, Jason has produced videos for every section of The Post that include the Washington Ballet’s hardest moves, food hacks, the last space shuttle launch, CIA drone programs and North Korean laborers working abroad. In 2016, he travelled on assignment to North Korea, producing 10 videos from the isolated country. Jason is now the video editor for the Foreign and National Security desks focusing on Asia, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean.
