V. Dion Haynes has been real estate editor since 2012. Haynes joined The Post in 2005 as D.C. schools reporter. He later served as a business writer and managing editor of Capital Business. He previously worked at the Chicago Tribune as a Chicago schools reporter and a Los Angeles-based national correspondent.
