Today, President Biden heralded the close ties between the United States and Canada as he addressed the Canadian Parliament in Ottawa, saying the two nations share “one heart.” Biden said “no two nations on earth are bound by such close ties, friendship, family, commerce and culture” in a speech that was warmly received by Canadian lawmakers and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
