With the election behind him, President Obama must turn his attention back to addressing the weak economy and averting the “fiscal cliff” of tax increases and spending cuts slated to begin in January. A key part of that plan will be revamping his economic team, starting with Treasury Secretary Timothy F. Geithner, who has made no secret of his intention to step down.
