2018 Congressional candidate (R-Calif.)
A lifelong San Diegan, Morgan Murtaugh has been actively involved in local and national politics for more than 10 years. After graduating from the Academy of Our Lady of Peace in North Park, Murtaugh attended Grossmont College in El Cajon, while working for Commander, Naval Air Forces as Assistant Protocol Officer. She later began working in San Diego County politics, first for Congressman Brian Bilbray and later for La Mesa mayor, Art Madrid. In the 2018 midterm elections, she was a Republican candidate for California's 53rd Congressional District.
