Bill Krueger is responsible for manufacturing, purchasing, production engineering and supply-chain management functions for Nissan Americas.
Prior to joining Nissan, Krueger held various management positions at Toyota’s manufacturing plants. His last post with Toyota was as general manager at the Georgetown, Ky., plant. In addition, Krueger held several management roles at General Motors Corp.’s Janesville, Wis., assembly plant and at Harley Davidson’s Utilimaster Corp.
Krueger earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Marquette University and a master’s of business administration from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also holds a master’s degree in engineering management from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University.
Automotive News named Krueger one of the publication’s “2011 Automotive News All-Stars.” He was also honored with the 2012 Marquette University College of Engineering Professional Achievement Award.
Krueger currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of the Nashville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and he also serves on the board of directors of EveryWare Global Inc. He is a member of the board of directors for the American Red Cross, Nashville Area, and Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
