Hunter Willis

My name is Hunter Willis, I am 17 years old, a Web developer and a survivor of the childhood obesity epidemic. For years I struggled socially and as an athlete to keep my weight under control. No matter how much I exercised, I would stuff myself with junk food because I didn't know any better. Eventually, I attended MindStream Academy, a health and wellness boarding school in Bluffton, S.C.. where I completely changed my life around — both mentally and physically. To be able to share my story is one of the greatest life turnarounds . On April 25, 2012, I was 275 pounds and loosing hope. Today, I can honestly tell everyone I am a survivor.
