Jennifer Prell is the president of Elderwerks — a free senior housing and care resource network for seniors, their families and for the professionals that help older adults. In 2003, Prell also started Paxem, Inc., a senior move management and senior relocation company that helps in all aspects of the move. During this time period she helped with the Golden Diners Program, Kraus Senior Center, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and was a softball coach. In 2006, after seeing families go through huge amounts of stress trying to help their loved ones, she began helping seniors and families find senior housing and care.

Prell is a member of many senior groups focusing on improving the environment for seniors, including Life Services Network, Continuity of Care McHenry Lake Chapter, Association of Senior Service Providers, several local Chambers of Commerce groups, the Better Business Bureau and other civic organizations.
