April 1 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. Representative Frank Lucas, an Oklahoma Republican and chairman of the House Agriculture Committee, talks with Bloomberg's Peter Cook about the need for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to slow the process for writing and implementing new derivatives regulations required under the Dodd-Frank Act.
