On Leadership: Crisis leadership in a post-9/11 world

Leonard Marcus is the co-director of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative, a Harvard University program developed in collaboration with several government agencies after the September 11th terrorist attacks. In this interview, he talks with The Post's Lillian Cunningham about how our framework for emergency-response leadership has changed since 9-11, and he explains the 'meta-leadership' concept that emerged out of his research on the best way to lead through large-scale crises.
