Columbia Journalism School’s 2019 Alfred I. duPont-Columbia Awards honored The Washington Post and CBS News “60 Minutes” for the joint investigation uncovering corruption in the DEA and the pharmaceutical industry.

The two-part report, “The Whistleblower” and “Too Big to Prosecute” was given the Silver Baton award, which honors outstanding audiovisual reporting in the public interest.

The winners will be celebrated at Columbia University’s Low Memorial Library on Tuesday, Jan. 22.
