On Wednesday, January 23, Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian will sit down with Washington Post columnist David Ignatius to discuss his book focused on his time as a hostage in an Iranian prison for 18 months.

Rezaian, who served as Tehran Bureau Chief for The Washington Post when he was imprisoned, details his incarceration and the heroic efforts to get him back home in, ‘Prisoner: My 544 Days in an Iranian Prison: Solitary Confinement, a Sham Trial, High-Stakes Diplomacy, and the Extraordinary Efforts it Took to Get Me Out.’

Copies of Prisoner will be available for purchase and Jason Rezaian will be available to sign books immediately following the onstage program. Prisoner will be released wide on January 22, 2019.
