“The Washington Post has been at the epicenter of innovation in the media business. With its consumer first approach towards product development, it has continuously pushed the limits on what a subscription, advertising and software as a service business looks like," said Dicker. "Now more than ever, revenue strategy needs to be at the core of every media company. With this company-wide structure and new directive, the team at the Post will lead by example showing how to build a media business in this next era of publishing.”
Dicker was most recently the CEO of Po.et, a platform for decentralized media economy on the blockchain. Prior to Po.et, Dicker served as VP of innovation and commercial strategy at The Washington Post overseeing the research, experimentation and development team (RED). Dicker has lead product and technology teams at RebelMouse, Time Inc. and the Huffington Post. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for Rutgers University School of Innovation and Mogul Inc.
