“The Jessicas are turning 30,” a new documentary short from The Lily, a woman-focused publication from The Washington Post, will premiere this fall at Bend Film Festival in Bend, Oregon.

“The Jessicas are turning 30” weaves together six compelling narratives of people who were born Jessica in 1989. The film captures what it’s like to be 30 in America today. For millennials, the milestone has become an age heavy with expectation.

Celebrating its 16th year, BendFilm takes place in the scenic town of Bend, Oregon and runs October 10-13. The festival will present up to 40 feature films, 70 short films, 30 pre-screening concerts, 4 panels, and street art throughout the 4 days.
