The Washington Post and MSNBC today announced the fifth Democratic Debate will be held at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. Tyler Perry Studios is a state-of-the art film and television production facility founded by actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry. The new 330-acre campus is one of the largest production studios in the country and located on the historic grounds of the former Fort McPherson army base.

The Nov. 20 debate is co-hosted by MSNBC and The Washington Post and will be moderated by Rachel Maddow, Andrea Mitchell, Kristen Welker and Ashley Parker.

Viewers can submit questions that may be asked by one of the moderators during the debate. Questions can be submitted until Monday, Nov. 11 by visiting here.

The Democratic National Committee has announced the qualification criteria for the fifth debate, which can be found here. The deadline for candidates to qualify is Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 11:59 p.m. ET. The DNC will work with the Georgia Democratic Party and a variety of local organizations, including unions, local Democratic organizations and women’s rights organizations, to invite guests to the debate. Each campaign will also be allocated an equal number of tickets.

The debate will air live exclusively on MSNBC on Wednesday, November 20 from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m ET. It will also stream on and, as well as across mobile devices via NBC News and The Washington Post’s mobile apps. In addition, the debate will also be available in audio through SiriusXM Channel 118 and TuneIn.
