The Washington Post and SHOWTIME are providing Post readers with the opportunity to attend a special advance screening of “Kingdom of Silence,” a documentary that examines the assassination of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi and the relationship between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. The documentary, directed by Emmy®-award winner Rick Rowley and executive produced by Alex Gibney and Lawrence Wright, features exclusive interviews exploring Khashoggi’s connections with Saudi rulers, Middle Eastern jihadists and fellow global journalists. “Kingdom of Silence” premieres on SHOWTIME on Oct. 2, the two-year anniversary of Washington Post journalist Jamal Khashoggi’s death at the hands of Saudi operatives.
