The Washington Post won two Edward R. Murrow Awards in the Investigative Reporting category.

The Post received the top honors for its report on the divisions within the Obama administration over the response to Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election, and for its joint investigation with CBS News on the way Congress derailed the Drug Enforcement Agency’s efforts to tackle the opioid crisis.

The Radio Television Digital News Association’s Edward R. Murrow Awards recognize outstanding achievements in electronic journalism.
