The Washington Post has received two nominations for the 39th Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards. The Post’s nominations include the following categories:
- Outstanding Breaking News Coverage for Coverage of the 2017 Hurricane Season
- Outstanding New Approaches: Current News for Sin Luz: Life Without Power
Additionally, The Washington Post’s reporting in collaboration with 60 Minutes was also nominated in two categories, including:
- Outstanding Investigative Report in a Newsmagazine for The Whistleblower
- Best Story in a Newsmagazine for The Whistleblower and Too Big to Prosecute
