With its addition of Lillet Blanc, this drink is a refreshing twist on the classic sidecar.

Ingredients
  • Ice
  • 3/4 ounce cognac
  • 3/4 ounce Lillet Blanc (a wine aperitif)
  • 3/4 ounce Cointreau
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full with ice, then add the cognac, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau and lemon juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds, then strain into a cocktail (martini) glass.
