It takes less than 5 minutes to put together this refreshing treat, a healthful alternative to ice cream. Because the mangoes are already frozen, no further freezer time is needed.
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon light agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
- Fresh mango slices, chopped mint leaves or berries, optional, for garnish
Combine the mango chunks, agave syrup and orange juice in a mini-food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve immediately, topped with mango slices, mint leaves or berries, if desired.
