If you think a regular Negroni is simply bitter, you might prefer this bittersweet riff, which just came on the menu at Fiola this month.
We found Kina L'Avion at Ace Beverage in Northwest Washington.
- 1 1/2 ounces Ransom Old Tom Gin
- 1 ounce Cocchi Barolo Chinato
- 1 ounce Kina L'Avion D'Or
- Twist of orange peel or an orange slice, for garnish
Combine the gin, Chinato and Kina in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with the orange twist or slice.
