Ziyah Holman, Sr., Georgetown Day
The Michigan commit ended her high school career on a high note. Holman won the 300-meter dash, 500-meter run and 4x800 relay at the D.C. State Athletic Association championship. Holman has the best 300 (38.85) and 500 (1:14.05) among girls in the area.

Madison Depry, Sr., Wheaton
Depry had first-place finishes in the high jump (5-4) and the 55-meter dash (7.19) at the Maryland 4A meet.
Kaya-Rae Dunbar, Sr., Paint Branch
She ran the third fastest 55-meter dash and 60-meter hurdles in Maryland.
Trinity Franklin, So., Bullis
At the Marine Corps Holiday Classic, Franklin threw the top shot put distance in the area (40-5.75).
Caia Gelli, Jr., Richard Montgomery
At the Maryland 4A meet, Gelli ran the second-fastest 300-meter time (38.89) in meet history.
Ava Gordon, So., Loudoun Valley
Gordon recorded the best mile and two-mile times in Virginia at the VA Showcase.
Meredith Gotzman, Fr., St. John’s
After a strong cross-country season, the freshman ran the best 1,000 meters (3:10.10) and 3,200 meters (11:24.93) in D.C.
Bethany Graham, Sr., Champe
Graham won the 1,600 meters (4:59.71) and 3,200 meters (10:45.49) at the Virginia Class 6 meet.
Jordyn Johnson, Sr., Archbishop Carroll
She dominated in the triple jump, earning first-place finishes at the DCSAA championship, Last Track to Philly and New Balance Games.
Fajr Kelly, Jr., Theodore Roosevelt
Kelly finished second in the 500-meter dash (40.08) and helped the 4x200 relay team claim first place at the DCSAA meet.
Bronwyn Patterson, Jr., South River
Patterson scored victories in the 800 and 1,600 meters at the Maryland 4A meet.
Victoria Perrow, Jr., Bullis
The transfer from Archbishop Carroll recorded a personal best in the 55 meters (6.96) and the 60 (7.50).
Leah Phillips, Sr., Bullis
Phillips, the 2019 outdoor track Athlete of the Year, continues to prove she’s one of the top runners in the country. The LSU commit had the best 55-meter hurdle time (7.72) and third-best 200 (23.68) in the nation.
Hannah Waller, Sr., South Lakes
Last year’s indoor track Athlete of the Year won the 55-meter dash (6.95) at the Virginia Class 6 meet.
Coach of the Year
Scott Raczko, South Lakes
Raczko led South Lakes to a second-place finish in the Virginia Class 6 meet. The Seahawks had one of the top 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams in the nation. The 4x200 team had a strong showing in the Millrose Games, posting the country’s second-best time.
